Speaker at the TWS Grantees Gathering, October 18/24

My work teaching adaptive leadership in the United Church of Canada is funded by the Leadership Fund at Trinity Church Wall Street.  

Twice a year, the current grantees gather together.  This fall, the Leadership Fund's Managing Director Rob Garris asked me to present a paper to the Grantees' Gathering about why adaptive leadership is important to the church, and the challenges involved with teaching it.

There were over 50 participants, representing about 30 organizations and projects from around the world. There were great conversations, and great connections made.  What a privilege to be working toward enhancing leadership in the church with partners like these from around the world!  Thank you to Rob Garris and the team at Trinity for inviting me to be part of this gathering.
